Penny is a transformational HR Director, with a career in commercial UK and global businesses including TJX (TK Maxx ), Comet (Kingfisher group) and STA Travel. Her earlier career includes HR roles at British Airways and P&O Cruises. As an HR Director, Penny has lead a number of strategic change programmes, delivering bottom line benefit to the organisations.

She enjoys sport, recognising the uplifting impact it has on people’s lives, and actively participates in running and triathlon events.

Her passion for Kidsout comes from her belief in the work of the organisation, making a positive and happy difference to the disadvantaged children in our own society.
