This Phyzzpod, owned by Sutton Council, has been well travelled, having made stops at three different schools. During this time it has shrunk to a half-sized unit, so that it can better fit into locations with limited space.
Its latest home is Rushy Meadow Primary School, who recently sent us this update:
“We are now using the Phyzzpod to its full potential. We now have many different uses for it. Our speech and language teacher is using it to initiate conversations and is using the microphone echo system to encourage children to form sounds and words. She is getting some fabulous results. Foundation stage children visit every week and the teaching assistants are beginning to make new programs.“
