A Roaring Donation from Diglot Books

KidsOut are delighted to announce that Diglot books, a children’s book publisher, have made a wonderful donation of 1000 cuddly dragons and over £2,500!

The 1000 dragons, named Diglot the Dragon, will be perfect for the toy box packing day taking place on the 26th April. The day involves volunteers who pack and distribute a toy box for children who leave a domestic abuse refuge to help them settle into their new home. The aim is to reach every child who faces domestic turbulence and abuse to remind them there is happiness and joy in the world even if it is just in a box of toys.

A Diglot books spokesman said “We are really pleased to have been able to find such a good home for Diglot the Dragon and hope that he will bring joy to the children who receive him.”

“Children love to talk to their best friend Diglot and play games with him.” – KidsOut are very excited about this new toy and all the smiles it will create!

Along with 1000 new toys, Diglot Books also donated over £2,500, enough for 83 toy boxes. The £2,500 donation will help to expand our children’s services further and help provide even more toys to children across the UK.

KidsOut would like to thank Diglot Books for their huge donation and we hope to work together to bring fun and happiness to thousands more children.
