How we raise funds
KidsOut receives no government funding for the valuable and life changing work that we do. We raise funds from many sources and have been able to extend the breadth and depth of our services to beneficiaries with the support of grant-making Trusts and Foundations.
We also benefit from the support of a wide range of companies and individuals. The KidsOut Toy Box Ball and Question of Sport quiz are spectacular black-tie evenings of entertainment and fundraising. The Ball offers guests first class food, live entertainment, ‘Money Can’t Buy’ prize auctions, dancing and a great opportunity to meet new and old friends.
The KidsOut Question of Sport quiz is based on the TV series and held in major cities across the UK. It provides business people with a fantastic evening out, with opportunities to network over a glass of champagne and enjoy dinner while engaging in a friendly quiz.
The success of both of these events depends on the support of the volunteer committees, who work with their business and personal contacts to sell tables and obtain prize donations.
