KidsOut Phyzzpod is a unique sensory learning space. In the Phyzzpod, children can be transported to the depths of the jungle, the bottom of the sea, into outer space and anywhere in between!

Sensory learning and play environments are great at developing children's cognitive, communication and language skills. Yet they have, until now, been restricted to specialist settings such as hospices, hospitals and special-needs education centres. This means that they have not been available to the majority of children.

KidsOut believes that all children benefit from these types of environments. Thus we have developed Phyzzpod as a way for schools to get all the benefits of having their own specialised sensory learning space, but with the minimum possible requirements in terms of cost and space.

Sensory Learning and Play

Multi-Sensory Learning is actually the way that children learn naturally. Being innately curious about the world, they employ all of their senses to explore and understand it. By looking, listening, touching, tasting and smelling the world around them, they learn about the world in this way, which we call ‘multi-sensory learning’.

An Affordable Solution

Specially constructed sensory rooms have historically been very expensive, so most early-years settings could not afford them. Phyzzpod changes that by providing an affordable and flexible solution to make sensory learning available to many more schools. In fact, it can cost as little as a third of an equivalent product.
