An account of the KidsOut Day Out

This year the Southend Rotary Club welcomed children from thirteen schools from various parts of Essex to take part in a fun day out.

The KidsOut Day Out 2011

Since 1999, KidsOut has been working in partnership with The Rotary Club of Great Britain and Ireland to take thousands of children out for a magical day on the second Wednesday of every June. This year, more than 25,000 disadvantaged children enjoyed a fun day out.
