KidsOut partner up with the BBC.

As of 1^st January 2012 KidsOut is in partnership with BBC Outreach, the BBC’s employees volunteering initiative. From 2007 the BBC has provided opportunities for staff to develop skills and engage with charities throughout the UK. KidsOut is pleased to announce acceptance into the 2012/13 scheme.

BBC Outreach will offer opportunities for leadership, mentoring, access to professional expertise and development skills. All of which KidsOut will utilise to develop our five existing national services, The Annual Day Out, Phyzzpod, Toy Box, World Stories and Multimedia Outreach. Access to these opportunities is sure to aid KidsOut in developing further as a national children’s charity.
