Fundraising for an hour is a perfect way to raise some funds for KidsOut. All donations will be appreciated and any money raised will directly benefit disadvantaged children throughout the UK. We have listed a few ideas to give you some inspiration.

Lunch for colleagues

How about making some lunch for your work colleagues and asking for a donation in support of KidsOut.

Head Shave

With summer approaching perhaps you could to a sponsored head shave, remember to take plenty of photos so that we can feature the event on our website.

eBay Sale

Next time you sell something on eBay, how about nominating KidsOut to receive some, or all of the proceeds. Simply search ‘KidsOut’ within the charity option when advertising your item and select to donate between 10% and 100% of the final selling value.

Karaoke Evening

How about organising a karaoke evening with a few friends. Could you sponsor people to sing? Or charge an entry fee? Remember to take plenty of videos and send them to us, we like a laugh too!

Sponsored Swim

How about a sponsored swim? Perhaps you could get involved with your local leisure centre? Swim 30 lengths in an hour? Perhaps people could sponsor you a certain amount per length or donate if you reach a certain target.

Quiz Night

Can you organise a quiz night for a group of people? Could you approach local social clubs, pubs or even sporting clubs to hold a fundraising quiz?

Cake Sale

How about a cake sale at work, your children’s school or a club you are a member of. Remember, KidsOut will be happy to send you plenty of fundraising materials to promote your event.

50/50 Raffle

A twist on a normal raffle, 50% of the takings are donated to KidsOut, whilst the other 50% are the first prize. The more people that enter, the bigger the prize! KidsOut can even supply you with KidsOut branded raffle tickets!

KidsOut would love to feature some photos of the event on our website so be sure to get in contact after the event. We will also try to feature your events on our Facebook and Twitter page, providing of course you want to be recognised for you efforts.
