Fundraise for a month
KidsOut receives no funding from the government to provide services to disadvantaged children throughout the UK. To help support our work, can you spend time over a month to raise funds or work in association with KidsOut?
Preferred Charity
Could you nominate KidsOut as a supported charity of your company? Perhaps you could feature some KidsOut balloons, literature and fundraising goblets around your office or shop. Could your staff organise an event for us or could they promote KidsOut?
Cause Related Marketing
Do you have a new range of products, or an existing one that you are marketing? Could it be marketed in association with KidsOut? Cause related marketing can boost sales but also promote a link between your company and our charity.
Sports Events
How about organising a ‘mini-olympics’ for your colleagues or friends, could this be tied in with a team building event and also benefit KidsOut?
Can you take part in any locally organised sporting events, are there any sponsored walks, 10km runs, half marathons or even full marathons.
Sponsored Walk
If you're not feeling up to running a marathon, or half marathon, how about a sponsored walk? KidsOut will be grateful for any funds that are raised. Why not put a twist on the sponsored walk, how about completing the walk over night, a midnight sponsored walk? KidsOut recently had people walk 100 miles in two days, is this something that you could do?
Car Wash
Are you an organisation that could do a month of car washes? How about every Saturday different staff work to wash cars for the benefit of KidsOut.
