KidsOut gives disadvantaged children and young people fun, positive experiences that contribute to their development, well-being and outlook for a happier future. Every year, KidsOut helps over 35,000 children, who may have escaped domestic violence, have a life-limiting illness, have special educational needs or have become young carers.
Charity of Year partnerships allow us to develop our services and for organisations to meet their CSR objectives.

How your Company can support KidsOut
These are some ways your company can help KidsOut reach more disadvantaged children across the UK.
- Title Sponsorship of the Charity, where your company’s core brand reflects the values of KidsOut and your name is associated with KidsOut across the entire range of our activities.
- Support of the Annual Day Out, with over 25,000 children plus their carers and teachers. There are many more Rotary Clubs and children who we’d like to involve in the Day Out and there are great opportunities to support the event on a regional or national basis.
- Support for the Toy Box scheme. This is a highly emotive project which is easy to understand. Each box costs £100, so it is easy to relate your support to results. We want to expand the scheme to all 400 Women’s Aid Refuges and are particularly looking for donations of brand new toys, according to age and gender, to achieve this.
- Support for Phyzzpod, a hugely innovative project at the cutting edge of learning, which is endorsed by Ofsted. With squeezed education budgets, it is more challenging now for schools to find the funds, so there is a urgent need to identify financial support for this initiative. Each unit can be sponsored and branded. Every year, hundreds of children, their parents and teachers, will witness the positive effect of Phyzzpod in action.
- Supporting our Corporate Networking Events, such as KidsOut Question of Sport and the annual Toybox Ball. These events bring thousands of well-networked business people together for a great night out, superb entertainment and raise funds for the charity. There are numerous opportunities, from buying tables for your customers, prospects or reward employees, to promoting your brand, via event sponsorship, to all the guests.

Charity of the Year partnerships can lead to opportunities for staff volunteering. Employees within the organisation may wish to donate some time to provide KidsOut with support on making our fundraising events more profitable or offer some time to support one of our five main services.
